Recharge or Discharge

Yes people! I AM BACK! Not sure where I went really but I'd rather be here with you guys for sure 😊. Allow me to before we go into today's discourse wish you a Merry Christmas. It indeed my friends is a season for merriment and more importantly thankful reflection not only on the year's dividends but on the gift of God to us that never stops giving: JESUS

Today I share with you a survival tip that you've heard often and probably know but often forget still. Recharge so you don't discharge. In an unusual turn of events, today's message is of obvious physical and spiritual significance: YOU NEED TO RECHARGE💪.

So long as your life's force is drawn from a source other than yourself, you need to to take time out to recharge and draw strength. You would agree with me that after long periods of stressful activity say at school or wherever, failure to slow down and rest is an invite to breakdown.

Fortunately and unfortunately, the same applies to your spirit man. You need to take time apart to recharge in God's presence. It is instructive to note that Jesus did this several times on record and we need to do same🤔.

I personally can tell you that prolonged periods of time without meaningful and ample Bible study, prayer and fasting can leave you drained spiritually and as you know the spiritual controls the physical so it could even lead to physical breakdown(for real👀).

That's the message for today. I want you to intentionally take out time this holiday period to rest however you can and REST in God's presence. It's the key to a victorious entry into the new year and it'll help stay afloat in 2018. Happy New year in advance. Thanks for always reading. God bless you🤗

Father thank you for Your faithfulness in 2017 so far and even in the remaining days. We thank you in advance for 2018 because we know we'll scream of Your goodness throughout. Thank you for Jesus Lord for He is everything we need and more. We love you ❤ and thank you in Jesus' name(amen).
