Sinner or Not?🤔

Good evening dear reader! It's a pleasure to have you here again this week. I pray for the grace to be consistent again in bringing you a word from the Throne of the Master.

This week I would like to ask you a question: ARE YOU A SINNER? You don't have to answer just yet but if you already did, I'll ask again soon and then you can change your answer.

Most times we view sin as doing what is wrong and we are correct but only partially. How do I mean? The answer is in Scripture:

Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.
James 4:17 NLT

The verse above really is heavy if you ponder upon it. What this means is that SIN is not just fornication or adultery, lying or stealing, keeping malice or blaspheming. It also is KNOWING what we OUGHT to do and not doing it. Oh boy! There are many people (including myself) who sin daily without even knowing. I could even go so far as saying WE ALL SIN.

There's more to discuss on this matter and we will discuss it in the coming weeks. For now I want you to think about what I asked before in light of what you just read : ARE YOU A SINNER?

Our Father in heaven, thanks a lot for all You do; for showing us how to be more like You and never leaving us alone. We come before You and admit that one way or another, we sin whether actively or passively but we come under the blood of Jesus and ask that You forgive us and help us to please You completely in Jesus' name (amen)

Respect the Anointing

Heyyy folks, welcome to an unusual discussion at an unusual time of the week too👀. I hope your week has been good so far. I bet if anything came to mind when you saw the topic of today's post, it was "we must respect men of God" or "the anointing you don't respect cannot work for you". Those are good and true but not today's context. Today I'm asking you to respect the anointing on YOUR life. Every child of God has an anointing on their life. You are the anointed of God as long as you have professed Christ's Lordship in your life. Many christians live less than fulfilling lives because they walk ignorant of the anointing and its purpose.
