Holiness and Mediocrity 🤔

HE IS RISEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Saviour is Alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Easter my friend!! I pray that all that Jesus died to give you be yours this day and forever in Jesus' name. It's been a while and it is awesome to be back!

Without further delay! Let us discuss what we have for today: HOLINESS and MEDIOCRITY.

I know you are wondering the connection between the two and I was too. My  submission is this : There is ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!!

Why is this even relevant? Well! There is a silent belief system or mindset which holds  that if something is not low-key and if I may add not "low quality", it is vain. Some people in an attempt to be spirit-led have just become anti-excellent.

They claim that God's presence cannot be in say big churches where things are done with excellence. "He can only be in small churches where the choir members sing anointed off-key". Where did that come from? It is a lie from the pits of hell.

OUR GOD IS EXCELLENT! Do not misunderstand me. I know many of our mega churches may have lost sight of what's important and drowned Jesus out with all the show which is sad but it in no way means that excellence is absence of His presence.

I need you to be tuned to the Spirit of God to discern His presence beyond the outward expressions which our minds are hardwired to seek. He is mysterious, He is glorious and HE IS EXCELLENT. Do not limit Him to your knowledge of Him. Remember He has promised that those who seek Him will find Him if we do it with all our hearts.

When you seek me in prayer and worship, you will find me available to you. If you seek me with all your heart and soul,

By the way, I did not plan for my blog to be resurrected today but I can think of no better day. In something seemingly unrelated but completely relevant I say to you THERE'S NO OTHER NAME BUT THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.

Respect the Anointing

Heyyy folks, welcome to an unusual discussion at an unusual time of the week too👀. I hope your week has been good so far. I bet if anything came to mind when you saw the topic of today's post, it was "we must respect men of God" or "the anointing you don't respect cannot work for you". Those are good and true but not today's context. Today I'm asking you to respect the anointing on YOUR life. Every child of God has an anointing on their life. You are the anointed of God as long as you have professed Christ's Lordship in your life. Many christians live less than fulfilling lives because they walk ignorant of the anointing and its purpose.
