The Following Signs 🏃🏾‍♂️

Hello there! It's a new week and I hope wherever you are reading from that you are investing in the things of the Spirit this season. Believe me, those who have and those who have not will be as distinct as night and day in the coming days. It is foolishness to have access to all that is God's and remain in the poverty that is the pleasure of the world.

When last did you tell someone about Jesus? When last did you open your mouth or type to someone that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and that NOBODY can come to the Father EXCEPT through Him. 

Many believers do not remember the meaning of the word "believer" or from Whom that word in this context draws meaning. 

Are you a believer? "Yes"
In what/Whom do you believe? "Jesus" 
Do you know what He said? "Yes"
Do you believe what He said? "Yes"
Do you know the implication of what He said? "Yes"

With all these yeses, where is the evidence? Where is the evidence that you are a believer? What did Jesus say about you if you believe?

And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;  they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Mark 16:17‭-‬18 NKJV

Are the above verses your reality? Yes? No? If no but you're a believer, did Jesus lie? Far from it!
The reason the signs do not follow is because they CANNOT. You CANNOT follow somebody who never goes anywhere. Can you imagine following someone on Instagram that never posts anything? Wouldn't that be a waste?. The signs do not follow because they cannot follow.

The signs cannot follow because you are not on the move. Make no mistake. The move is not only physical. In our generation, a move can also be virtual. Are you on the move for Jesus? Are you preaching the gospel that you claim so strongly to believe. Do you know in Whom you have believed? Don't expect signs and wonders if you are not functioning. Signs are not for fashion, they are for function!!!

And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.

Respect the Anointing

Heyyy folks, welcome to an unusual discussion at an unusual time of the week too👀. I hope your week has been good so far. I bet if anything came to mind when you saw the topic of today's post, it was "we must respect men of God" or "the anointing you don't respect cannot work for you". Those are good and true but not today's context. Today I'm asking you to respect the anointing on YOUR life. Every child of God has an anointing on their life. You are the anointed of God as long as you have professed Christ's Lordship in your life. Many christians live less than fulfilling lives because they walk ignorant of the anointing and its purpose. God wants to use us (YOU reading this and ME) for amazing things in this world: To heal the sick, raise the dead, to restore, to build, to demolish amongst other things.
