So Unworthy! ๐Ÿ˜”

Heyy there! I hope you had an amazing week and weekend! Glory to God! A new week is here and a new month, on the horizon so happy New month in advance😁😁 Do you ever look at yourself and what God has used you to do or done for you and think "I'm so unworthy"?. If you do then know you're not alone. Just last Sunday, I reflected upon the gap between what I deserve and what God gives me. I wept like a school child that had been flogged in school and then again at home for being flogged at school. Truly His grace finds us just as we are😢. Whenever I think deeply about God and all He is and all He represents and then myself next to that, my eyes are opened to how truly, profoundly and extremely wretched I am; how undeserving I am of His love; how unfit I am to carry His presence. Chai my chwest!😿 This realisation alongside knowing that He said He'd never leave us(me) makes me leap for joy in sincere gratitude. Yes I am ...

Six Days of Nothing๐Ÿ™†‍♂️

Heyy there friend! I'm glad we're both still here. Thanks be to God who has kept us and is able to keep us still. I hope your weekend was restful and/or productive. Speaking of productivity, I always believed that as long as you walk in God's will, you had to see results. "Yes naa" I can hear you say in my mind but the truth is that isn't always the case😢. You must understand that I do not suggest in any way that there is a more productive alternative to walking and working  in the will of God. Far from it!. All I'm saying is working in God's will and absolutely so need not mean that you see results at time T. Relax I haven't switched sides even a bit 😂. I just want to provide you with some insight that could prove useful in the future or helpful in explaining your past or present and ultimately provide you rest of mind. So hold this in mind "obedience to God doesn't guarantee seeing results...".  As is m...

The Person of the Holy Spirit๐Ÿ˜

Heyy there friend! I hope you had an amazing weekend. Our God is faithful and I pray that you see His faithfulness even more this new week. Now "The Person of the Holy Spirit". That topic was given to me in my quiet time a few days ago. Quiet is emphasized for a reason which you will find out in the course of your reading this. I truly believe the Holy Spirit would like to be introduced or maybe re-introduced to you today. If I asked you "who is the Holy Spirit?", depending on who you are and how much you interact with Him or not, I would probably hear "third Person in the Holy Trinity", "the Spirit of God", "the Comforter", "the Advocate" and the likes. Those are all accurate but I have just one problem with that : they are all subtly impersonal and directly lifted from Scripture. I was at a seminar of some sort on Saturday and the speaker said "your perspective of prayer is an offshoot of your relationship with God...

Know It All or The All? ๐Ÿ‘€

It's a new week thank God! We made it so happy new week to you🤗. I hope your weekend was great. Mine was stressful but positively so😥😁. On to today's business. I don't know if I'm the only one(I highly doubt ) that has a God-given vision that first scared them and maybe even began to seem like a mere fantasy with its origin in their desire for greatness🤔. Someone once said that if you have a "vision" and it seems plausible then it's unlikely that its source is God. The reason for saying this is not far-fetched. God will never give you something you can achieve on your own as your life's vision(I mean where's His glory in that🤔? ). He gives you a task that seems impossible; a vision that makes people uncomfortable and even doubt your sanity just so He is glorified when He brings it to pass. We're a few days into a new year and I know that somebody reading this needs to dust their vis...

Heyy guys! Greetings from our Father, the Most High and from our Saviour, Jesus Christ. I hope we all had an amazing weekend and the week so far has simply been God. Freedom is a feeling or state that anyone who had ever been in captivity would tell you they couldn't afford to lose. It is an integral part of the mix that makes us who we are. You can only know your true self when you are free. There are different aspects of freedom: physical, spiritual, financial, social etc.  It is instructive to note that these aspects are independent of one another. That is, you could be free physically but not spiritually; physically but not financially; financially but not physically and so on. As you may have already guessed, my focus lies with spiritual freedom. Why? The spiritual controls the physical(if you didn't know, now you do😁) and the physical is important because it is what allows us function here on earth. The default condition of every (wo)man born of a woman is...

2018: The Year to be Fit (Again)๐Ÿ’ช

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🕺🕺🕺. I'm a bit late (I know🙄). If you're reading this I'm thankful to God that you're alive and even moreso that you still follow this blog(thank you!! 😊). Now that the pleasantries are done, allow me to apologise for my recent consistency in inconsistency. Forgive me for it has not been entirely by my design. Having said that, your guy is back and hopefully for good this time😁. As I write this I am seated outside my gym waiting for it to open. It was at this location that the title for today's post hit me. I'm a fitness enthusiast(anyone who knows me knows this💪) and like many others God talks to me using what I love :fitness. Like the title says 2018 is the year to be fit or fit again for those who used to be. The beauty of that statement is that it applies again both to the physical and spiritual aspects of our existence. This post apart from ...

Recharge or Discharge

Yes people! I AM BACK! Not sure where I went really but I'd rather be here with you guys for sure 😊. Allow me to before we go into today's discourse wish you a Merry Christmas. It indeed my friends is a season for merriment and more importantly thankful reflection not only on the year's dividends but on the gift of God to us that never stops giving: JESUS Today I share with you a survival tip that you've heard often and probably know but often forget still. Recharge so you don't discharge. In an unusual turn of events, today's message is of obvious physical and spiritual significance: YOU NEED TO RECHARGE💪. So long as your life's force is drawn from a source other than yourself, you need to to take time out to recharge and draw strength. You would agree with me that after long periods of stressful activity say at school or wherever, failure to slow down and rest is an invite to breakdown. Fortunately and unfortunately, the same app...
